Best of all, while I completely transformed my physique under Alex’s supervision, he took me by the hand and took out all the guesswork from training and nutrition. All I had to do was listen to him and execute.
The way Alex helped me achieve my dream physique was by crafting a training program and a nutrition plan that were SPECIFIC to my unique individual needs.
As you know people are different and what might work for some often does not work for others. That’s why picking up the training program or the nutrition plan of some famous fitness model or bodybuilder is a plain bad idea.
That training program or that nutrition plan was designed specifically for them, a pro athlete.
And not only will it not work for you since you have your own specific individual needs, but also – it’s way more complicated than what you and most normal people need.
So if you make the mistake of trying the latest fad diet or a training routine you saw in a magazine, you’d be set up for failure from the very beginning.
And let’s be honest, you’re probably sick of looking in the mirror and being dissatisfied with what you see?
The truth is that for some people it just seems nearly impossible to get the body they want.
Chances are, you’re one of them.
And what you have to realise is that it’s not your fault.
There are so many different training methods and diet plans on the internet and they all contradict one another. One fitness expert tells you to eat like a caveman and do the paleo diet, another one tells you to cut out carbs and do keto, yet another one tells you that actually fats are the culprit.
On the training side, one fitness guru tells you to “just get stronger” with low repetitions and the rest will follow while another one suggests doing high reps with lighter weights.
And then you have the billion-dollar supplement industry, trying to convince you that you can’t possibly be lean and muscular without adding 50 different powders to your drink.
With all of this confusion and downright misinformation, it’s no wonder that obesity and heart disease are on the rise.
If you’re not familiar with my story yet, I started studying training and nutrition back in 2010.
Long story short, I wasn’t happy with the way I looked and one day, after watching Fight Club, I decided it was time to change.
So I dedicated the next 4 years of my life to learning the ins and outs of building a lean, muscular physique like Brad Pitt in Fight Club.
It took me 4 years of trial and error but by July of 2014 I finally reached my dream physique.
Over the years I had many questions pop up regarding training and nutrition but I rarely had anyone around competent enough to answer them for me.
Thus I read many books on weightlifting, nutrition and body recomposition, and I had to collect the “missing pieces” of information for myself which in retrospect lengthened my learning curve massively.
It wasn’t until I met Alex that I finally broke through all the stagnation and got the body I wanted.
