Welcome to Day 24 of the MK FCT Program:

If you managed to hit your caloric intake goal* for the day, simply click “Mark as completed” to log your progress.

Days 15 through 28 are dedicated to helping you instill the habit of managing your caloric intake (which is the main factor governing weight manipulation).

* If you want to lose weight, multiply your current body weight in pounds by 12 and the number that you get is the amount of calories you have to eat per day to lose weight (i.e. your caloric intake goal).

If you want to gain weight, multiply your current body weight in pounds by 18.5 and the number that you get is the amount of calories you have to eat per day to gain weight (i.e. your caloric intake goal).

If you want to maintain your current weight, multiply your current body weight in pounds by 15 and the number that you get is the amount of calories you have to eat per day to stay at the same weight (i.e. your caloric intake goal).
