Hey, Mitko here.
Welcome to the MK Fitness Consistency Tracker!
I created the MK FCT because after 8 years in the heath & fitness industry I realized that, for most people, the missing piece to achieving the physique they want isn’t more information. Rather, it’s finding a way to stay consistent with their training & nutrition plan.
In fact, too much information often does more harm than good.
That’s why when you use the MK FCT you will work on establishing just ONE fitness habit at a time:
- The first 14 days are focused on helping you instill the habit of training regularly. You can download my “Transformation Switch” Gym Routine here or my “Transformation Switch” Home Workout Routine here so you can follow along. The “Transformation Switch” routine is a powerful tool that will help you build muscle, lose fat and develop a phenomenal physique.
- Days 15 through 28 are focused on managing your caloric intake (which is the main factor governing weight manipulation).
- And days 29 through 42 are focused on managing your protein intake which will help you maintain – and build – lean muscle mass while losing fat.
The habits are cumulative meaning that once you finish days 1-14 you should still keep training and once you finish days 15-28 you should still keep managing your caloric intake, etc. It’s just the habit that we focus on establishing that’s changing.
Each day you will receive an email asking whether you did your habit with an option to log into your account, go to the specific day (found above) and click “Mark as completed”.
As you complete the program, you will finally instill proper fitness habits that will stick – helping you achieve an amazing physique you can be proud of.
When you’re ready, click the button below and it will take you straight to Day 1.
Finally, if you have any questions regarding the MK FCT along with any questions regarding training and nutrition in general, I’d urge you to join our free MK Fitness & Consistency Facebook group where I and the other members will be happy to assist you.
And as always, if all of this training and nutrition stuff is making your head hurt and you want someone to take out all of the guesswork and tell you exactly what to do to get the body you want, I’d be glad to lend a helping hand.
