Well, the smartest thing to do is to just get some of my free materials.
If you like them, you’ll probably like my services too.
If you don’t like them, you won’t.
But I think I’m supposed to do the whole “self aggrandizing biography” thing now so here goes:
Back in the day I used to watch a lot of movies and I always admired the amazing physiques of movie stars.
I mean, when you see Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool, Stephen Amell in Arrow or Brad Pitt in Fight Club, how can you not think, “damn, I wish I could look like that”.
Inspired by these great Hollywood physiques, one day back in 2010 I decided to cut back on the excuses and finally go for what I want.
Luckily, my older brother took me under his wing and showed me around the gym. That’s when I started studying training and nutrition in an attempt to get the physique I’ve always wanted.
I started doing a simple but straightforward exercise routine that I found online and I read everything I could get my hands on regarding training and nutrition.
In the beginning “it worked”. I started seeing visible improvements. I was becoming more muscular and more defined. It seemed like I was well on my way to getting the body I wanted.
But after the first few months passed, things began to slow down. I started struggling with my diet and training, and ultimately my progress came to a halt.
I was not about to quit on my dream body though…
